Michael Kirch
Real Estate Broker

Top Real Estate Broker - Monterey County

Born and raised on the Central Coast, I attended Stevenson School in Pebble Beach.  I received my BA in Economics from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.  After working for the Federal Reserve Bank in San Francisco for several years, I obtained my MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.  Afterwards, I worked for Citibank in New York City.  After having our first child, my wife and I decided to return to the Central Coast.  The year was 2003 when I opened the doors to my real estate office and I have not looked back since.  With over 500 transactions completed, I can honestly say that I have a pretty strong grasp of real estate and know how to deal with almost any situation.  Also, being a real estate investor and homeowner, I have a keen understanding of what it takes to manage real property on a daily basis, for the long run.  In addition, I am well versed in Commercial Real Estate, Land and Business Opportunities.  Basically, I can handle all of your real estate needs.

Michael helped me buy a foreclosure that had a lot of hoops to jump through, and several delays. His service was what helped keep the deal alive, and help me get this house. He was very professional, and thorough on every detail of the sale. And after the deal closed, he continued to give me assistance in getting the house functioning as well.
